  • Sports injuries can be very common among high school athletes and weekend warriors. These injuries can either be acute or chronic in nature. Acute injuries are injuries which happen suddenly, such as sprains, fractures, or muscle tears while chronic injuries happen over time due to overuse or poor posture.
